The conference takes place April 22 – 23 at the Bosque Retreat Center in Albuquerque. 1. Hi Diane,

Congratulations! The banquet is the event that is most appropriate for the contest winners as that is when they announce each contact winner. However, I did not see this comment and registration closed last week. Here is the committee chair’s email so you can contact her directly to see if she can arrange to have you registered for the banquet. Her name is Karen Wentworth and I will contact her too. Again, I apologize of the delay.

    Regards,

    Ellen

  2. Thank you for honoring my novel IN WILDERNESS with the First Place Winner in the NMFPW Communications Contest. I cannot attend the Conference but would like to attend the Zia Awards luncheon or the evening Awards Banquet, whichever is most appropriate, and would like to bring my husband if this is appropriate. Please let me know which function I should attend and the cost for the two of us. Thak you. — Diane Thomas
